You can pay in cash, with a credit card or by bank transfer.
In case of choosing the option of paying by bank transfer, the bank charges that are applied for the same, will be paid by the student.
Payments must be made before the 10th of each month when the fees are paid monthly. If the payment is made quarterly, it must be paid before the 10th day of the first month in which the quarter begins.
RESERVATION OF PLACES
After completing the level test you can reserve the place by making a payment of € 50. This amount will be deducted from the total of the course. The rest of the course amount will have to be paid before starting the course.
If there was not a minimum of 3 students in a group and the reservation payment had been made, this money would be returned in full.
If an annual or quarterly payment is made for an extensive course and you can not attend class, the amount is NOT REFUNDABLE.
If the student communicates that he / she will not be able to take the course BEFORE the start date, the amount paid can only be used as a credit during the current school year, in group classes either by the student himself or by another person.
In case of making the payment of an intensive course and not being able to attend class, 75% of the total amount will be refunded.
MINIMUN MEMBER OF STUDENTS PER GROUP
The minimum number of students per group is 3-4 depending on the course. If the minimum number of students is not reached, the school reserves the right to cancel the group at any time, assuming the corresponding refund of the amount paid by the student.

If a student commits 3 absences in a row without justifying, that is, he does not communicate his absences to class, it is considered direct dismissal.
CHANGE OF TIMETABLE/GROUP
Schedule changes will only be possible upon confirmation of the studies management and as long as there is availability at the desired time. Likewise and in accordance with the REIMBURSEMENT point, in case of not being able to change the schedule / group, there will be no possibility of refunding or postponing the course credit.
We offer the possibility of recovering classes sporadically provided they recover within the week of absence and notify reception at least 24 hours in advance. This is an additional service that we can only offer when there are other groups of the same level at different times than the one that the student is enrolled.

Upon signing the student enrolment form or paying the course fees, the student accepts all the terms and conditions stated above.
