This extensive B2 First level course is held twice a week, 90 minutes per day (Monday-Wednesday, Tuesday and Thursday or Friday only).

You can join the course once started if places are available and the last test class has been passed.

The Cambridge First Certificate in English is an internationally recognized exam, which shows that you can use English at an upper-intermediate level (B2), in both written and oral forms. The exam is widely accepted from educational institutes from all over the world and multinational companies. (Level B2 in the Common European Framework of Reference).

How does the exam look like?
The exam has 4 parts
Part 1: Reading and Use of English which test your understanding of fiction and non-fiction material from book excerpts, magazine, journals, etc. and your command of grammar and vocabulary. (1h 15m)
Part 2: Writing, tests your ability to write an essay in part 1, which is mandatory. You also choose between a report, review, article, letter or email in the second part. (1h 20m)
Part 3: Listening checks whether you can understand information from a variety of spoken materials. (40m)
Part 4: Speaking tests your ability to be able to respond to questions, communicate, collaborate and interact in English. It is divided in 4 parts, where in part 1 you answer to questions directed to you by the examiner. In part 2 you talk about a set of pictures. In part 3 and 4 you interact with 1 or more candidates.
